Regenerative farm and hospitality project

A regenerative farm exploring the relationship between food, land, and hospitality through accommodation, communal dining, and seasonal gathering spaces. The project centred on creating experiences that felt grounded in the rhythms of farming life and connected to the surrounding environment.

At Higher Farm, a regenerative farm project centred around food, farming, and ecological restoration, I worked as a hospitality consultant across accommodation, food spaces, and guest experience.

My role focused on shaping hospitality experiences that felt genuinely connected to the rhythms and values of the farm itself.

I worked on the development of the accommodation offering, including interiors, operational systems, and booking structures for the guest yurts and shared spaces. I also helped establish the farm restaurant and courtyard dining area, developing operational flow, recruitment, and the overall guest experience for a space designed to bring people closer to seasonal food and land-based living.

Alongside this, I supported renovation works across the site and contributed to the development of the farm shop through signage, product presentation, and guest-facing materials.
